I'm very tired but I feel like saying this first. On some reality show I remember one of the contests being this: You can't fall asleep. More specifically have your eyes closed for more than 30 seconds. The first team that has someone fall asleep loses. It was pretty intense. Especially at night because there wasn't much to do.
I don't know how they did it because right now I am VERY tired....
